I'm pregnant of 1 month and i asked for a Work from home as I have to travel long..producing health documents... Soon after HR department has issued a memo in the same month and removed me from the job with the reason that I'm receiving internal errors and i didn't expect that they fire associates showing silly reasons about internal errors..as they are paying me more salary...for cost cutting purpose they removed my job.. I really felt very bad and regretted a lot dat I wud hv not joined dat company... I hv been worked for genpact, cognizant, advantum, optum companies 8yrs health care exp..but never faced this kind of bloody policies.... NO JOB SECURITY... HR will not support any associate on top of it dey will follow the managers......... Many of them suggested me not to join this company but after joining I realized the bloody policies like firing highly paid associates.... Guys neva ever join this Anion company 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I recently joined anion health. before I worked in Chennai for some time. immediately I can see the difference. here employees are treated much better. training and opportunity to grow look very good here. projects are also very long and no fear of layoffs. many seniors grow up in this company to top positions. some are in the US working there. I can say this a very good company for sure.

I write this to bring awareness to someone in the U.S. posing as Anion Healthcare Services and offering admin jobs here in the U.S. This person offered me a job as an Admin Assistant, after interviewing with them, sent me an offer letter and then a check that closed my bank account down because they were suspicious of the check’s origin. Then the sent me ANOTHER check, from a different bank, with a completely different name on the check. Do not trust any jobs posted in the U.S. from this company please, because it is not this company.
